These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cinch Bio website (cinchbio.com) and related services operated by Cincture Holdings LLC ("Cinch Bio," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our site or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

Cinch Bio is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for evaluation and, where clinically appropriate, prescription of compounded peptide therapies. We do not provide emergency medical services.

A physician-patient relationship is established only after a physician reviews and accepts your case, and you consent to the specific treatment plan. Submitting an intake form does not create this relationship.

2. Eligibility

To use Cinch Bio services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in a U.S. state where our participating physicians are licensed
• Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form
• Not be using the service for any purpose other than your own personal medical consultation

Content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information about specific peptide protocols describes general clinical research and is not a recommendation for any individual.

Individual results vary. Peptide therapies carry risks and may not be appropriate for all individuals. A licensed physician will evaluate your specific circumstances before prescribing any treatment.

4. Prescription and Medication

All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the treating physician. Cinch Bio does not guarantee that a consultation will result in a prescription. Compounded medications are prepared by FDA-registered, state-licensed compounding pharmacies.

5. Payment

Cinch Bio operates on a direct-pay model. Consultation fees and subscription pricing are disclosed before you authorize payment. Most peptide therapies are not covered by insurance. You are responsible for all fees associated with your care.

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific service purchased. Physician consultation fees are generally non-refundable once a physician has reviewed your case.

6. Privacy

Your use of Cinch Bio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Cinch Bio to:

• Obtain prescriptions for a third party
• Provide false or misleading health information
• Resell, redistribute, or share prescribed medications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinch Bio and Cincture Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas, or through binding arbitration as agreed by the parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
