Physician-Supervised Peptide Therapy,
Without the Runaround.

Most people spend months navigating clinics that don't specialize in this. Cinch Bio is built from the ground up for peptide protocols — the entire process runs in days, not months.

Complete Your Intake Questionnaire

The intake is a comprehensive health questionnaire designed to give your reviewing physician everything they need to make a clinical determination. It takes about 10 minutes. No appointment needed — complete it on your schedule.

The questionnaire covers your current health status, relevant medical history, medications you're taking, and what you're trying to accomplish. Your answers go directly to your assigned physician — no sales team, no coordinators acting as intermediaries.

  • Medical history and current conditions
  • Current prescriptions and supplements
  • Protocol goals — weight, recovery, performance, longevity
  • Relevant labs if you have recent bloodwork
  • HIPAA-compliant encrypted submission

Licensed Physician

Board-Certified · Peptide Specialist

Case Approved — Prescription Issued

Patient is a candidate for Semaglutide protocol. No contraindications identified. Prescription transmitted to compounding pharmacy. Follow-up at 30 days.

02
Step Two

A Licensed Physician Reviews Your Case

Within 24 hours of submission, a licensed physician reviews your intake in full. This is a real clinical review — not a checkbox exercise. The physician is evaluating whether you're an appropriate candidate for the protocol you've requested and whether any contraindications exist.

If you're approved, your prescription is issued and transmitted to the pharmacy same day. If the physician needs more information, they'll contact you directly. If you're not a candidate for a specific protocol, they'll explain why and may recommend an alternative.

  • Review completed within 24 hours on business days
  • Email notification when your case is decided
  • Direct physician contact if additional information is needed
  • Honest candidacy determination — not an approval rubber stamp
  • Alternative protocol recommendations if applicable
03
Step Three

Prescription & 503A Compounding

Once your physician approves your case, the prescription is transmitted to our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partner the same day. 503A refers to patient-specific compounding under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act — your medication is compounded individually for you, not mass-produced.

Compounded medications allow for dosing flexibility, custom delivery formats (subcutaneous injection, nasal spray, topical), and combinations not available commercially. Your physician specifies the exact formulation, concentration, and administration method based on your clinical profile.

  • 503A licensed pharmacy — compliant, patient-specific compounding
  • Prescription transmitted same day as physician approval
  • Custom formulation, dose, and delivery format per physician order
  • Cold chain maintained from pharmacy to your door
  • Includes syringes, needles, and bacteriostatic water where required

Built for How People Actually Live

Most peptide therapy options are either black-market with no oversight or clinic-based with 6-week wait times. Cinch Bio closes that gap.

Physician-Supervised

Every protocol requires physician approval. No self-prescribing, no gray-area suppliers. This is clinical telehealth.

503A Compounded

Licensed compounding pharmacies operating under physician oversight. Formulated for you, not off-the-shelf.

HIPAA-Compliant

Your health information is encrypted and handled under HIPAA. Your data doesn't leave the clinical workflow.

24-Hour Review

Physician review within one business day. Not three weeks. Not a waiting room.

Ongoing Physician Access

Questions after delivery, dosing adjustments, protocol changes — your physician stays involved throughout your cycle.

Full Protocol Spectrum

GLP-1, recovery, growth hormone secretagogues, cognitive, longevity, and custom stacks — all under one platform.

Common Questions About the Process

How long does the entire process take from intake to delivery? +
Most patients receive their medication within 5–7 business days from intake submission. Day 1: submit intake. Within 24 hours: physician review. Same day as approval: prescription transmitted to pharmacy. 1–2 days compounding. 3–5 days shipping. If you submit on a Monday and are approved Tuesday, expect delivery by the following Monday at the latest in most cases.
What happens if I'm not approved? +
If the physician determines you're not a candidate for your requested protocol, they'll explain the clinical reason and may recommend an alternative that's more appropriate for your profile. You're not charged for a protocol that isn't prescribed. If there's a contraindication specific to one peptide but not others, you may be approved for a different protocol.
Do I need to have bloodwork before starting? +
Not always. For many protocols, your health questionnaire provides sufficient information for physician review. For some protocols — particularly those involving GH secretagogues or where your labs would influence dosing — the physician may request recent bloodwork before issuing a prescription. If you have recent labs, uploading them through the intake process can speed up your review.
How does ongoing physician access work after delivery? +
Once you're an active patient, your physician is reachable through the patient portal for questions, dosing adjustments, and protocol modifications. Most patients check in at 30 and 90 days. If you experience unexpected side effects or want to adjust your protocol, the physician is available — this is included with your active prescription, not billed separately.
What does the medication actually arrive in? +
Injectable protocols arrive in a refrigerated package with multi-dose vials, syringes, needles, alcohol prep pads, and bacteriostatic water where required. Each shipment includes a printed administration guide with your specific dosing instructions as prescribed. Nasal spray and topical formulations are packaged appropriately for their delivery method.
Can I run multiple protocols at the same time? +
Yes, stacking is common and often clinically appropriate. BPC-157 and TB-500 together (the Wolverine Blend) is one of the most frequently prescribed combinations for recovery. GLP-1 protocols are sometimes run alongside performance peptides. Your physician determines what stacking is appropriate for your specific health profile and goals — not all combinations are suitable for everyone.
